Personal Data Collection Statement of RCS Medicine

The personal data provided by customers to RCS Medicine shall only be used for the execution of the contracts between RCS Medicine and its customers, and may be given to government departments and judicial authorities in accordance with legal provisions. And in accordance with the law, customers are entitled to access and rectify their personal data. 

The following data considered confidential includes:

• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Home address.
• Date of birth.
• Race.
• Gender.
• Credit card numbers.
• Identification card number.
• A cookie ID.
• Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Location data (for example, the location data from a mobile phone).
• The advertising identifier of your phone.

Purpose of collecting data

Personal data will be collected for a lawful purpose. The purpose of collection will be directly related to a function or activity of the data user. The data collected should be adequate but not excessive in relation to that purpose. Personal data should also be collected by lawful and fair means.
